We aim to build the bridge between the mere understanding of the challenges of integration and co-creating best practice solutions through new partnerships and initiatives.

    About us: The Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, comprises over 6,000 young people based in more than 450 cities in 170 countries and territories. We are organized into a network of Hubs dedicated to creating local impact. Together, we form a powerful source of grass-roots knowledge and global youth perspectives.     Nici believes in »using business as means to social change«. Seeing the triple bottom line as powerful businessy philosophy and a thriving approach with resonating answers to current challenges. Enlisting the help of refugee women who are professional dressmakers,Stitch by Stitch offers integration through work by setting up tailoring workshops that are able to offer quick and efficient serial production on a small scale for new local fashion labels. Von Alvensleben´s Social Startup is among the Lighthouse projects for Refugee integration in Germany.


    Riccardo Montero

    Panel Speaker / Co-Founder & Art Director Heartbeat Edutainment


    Riccardo aka Rico Montero is among the Top 30 under 30 most successful Social Entrepreneurs, Hip Hop Artists & Producers in the Rhine-Main region. In the last 2 years Rico has positively impacted the lives of more than 500 Children and Youth in the region through Educational Music Production Projects that boost Diversity, Integration, Inclusion and Democracy throughout the Public sector. Montero is currently nominated for the German Integration award of the Hertie-Foundation. In 2017 Heartbeat will scale up their impact throughout Germany by implementing the HEARTBEATBUS, an innovative Bus that functions as an integrated Film- photo and Mobile studio.


    Christiane Schubert

    Panel Speaker / Regional Director, Joblinge gAG FFM Rhine-Main


    Following her theater directing studies in Munich and a ten-year career as a director, Christiane Schubert trained as a coach before she joined JOBLINGE Frankfurt at its inception in early 2011 as coordinator for the young people and their mentors. In August 2014 she assumed the role of deputy regional director for the Joblinge gAG FrankfurtRheinMain. As one of the leading organizations in Germany, Joblinge´s role is to boost youth employment and societal integration through work.

    Farid Bidardel

    Panel Speaker / Programm Manager, Social Impact gGmbH


    Farid is an experienced project manager with high intercultural competences. He currently manages and organises Frankfurts biggest scholarship programme for young entrepreneurial migrants, as well as a Social Impact´s main program for social start-ups which are trying to improve the social and economic integration of refugees. Farid is lecturer and PhD candidate for Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Marburg. Bidardel has over 10 years experience working in capacity building for socially disadvantaged youth and young adults in various non-profit organisations.


    Mario Belon

    Moderator / International Trainer & Professional Voice Artist


    Mario has more than 20 Years experience in multicultural communication. As professional speaker he has been chosen to be the Corporate Voice of Lufthansa Cargo and supported dozens of Multinational Organizations in their external Global Communication, for many years. Belon is one of Rhine-Main´s most powerful Mentors & Trainers for Leadership in Public Speaking. As a certified Hypnotherapist he also focuses on conscious and subconscious communication which empowers his clients to better express themselves in society by finding their „true voice“.



    Michell Tripscha

    Experience Room Multicultural Values / Coach for Sports n Culture



    Michell´s biggest passion is Football. In his youth he had played on Bundesliga level for many years and was elected to the finals of the German national team selection. After he studied International Business Administration, he founded his first startup in Tech. In 2016, Tripscha worked as a Project Manager for Deutsche Bank CSR, where he contributed to one of the signature initiatives for Newcomers. Last year he has also founded the Vision Sport-Academy which empowers Children & Youth to master their lives through a value based concept and the authentic Art of Soccer. Michell has already positively impacted more than 300 people through his multicultural Training Program.


    Reza Solhi

    Project Lead at Shaping Pathways / Global Shapers Frankfurt


    Reza is a Serial Social Entrepreneur, Co-Creation Artist and Specialist for Corporate Social Responsibility. As Strategic Consultant and Purpose Development Coach, he has advised dozens of Organizations from sole proprietors, Startups, SMEs to well known global players like SAP, where in 2015 he served as key liaison for evolving their CSR EMEA Strategy through to 2018. Throughout his career he has been leading multicultural teams around the world to success, while navigating multicultural sensitivities. Solhi has recently founded the Holistic Entrepreneurship Academy, Rhine-Main´s network for Leadership excellence and sustainable Co-creation.
